Demolition Dumpster Rentals
on Maryland's Eastern Shore & Central Delaware
Heavy debris, tight timelines, and containers that keep up with the teardown.
Demolition fills a container faster than any other job on a site, and it fills it with the heaviest material you'll handle all year. Mixed rubble, framing lumber, plaster, roofing, and fixtures come out in volume and they come out fast — which means the wrong container size costs you either money or momentum.
Complete Rolloff Services has been running roll-offs across Kent, Queen Anne's, Talbot, Caroline, and Cecil Counties and Central Delaware for over 17 years. We stock 40-yard containers in-house, which most local providers don't, so when a teardown produces more than anyone planned for, you're not waiting on a subcontracted hauler to find one.

Sizing a Demolition Container
A note on weight. Demolition debris is dense, and volume isn't the only limit — containers have weight limits as well as capacity. Plaster, tile, and mixed rubble hit those limits well before the container looks full. Tell us what's coming out and we'll tell you honestly whether you need one larger container or two swaps of a smaller one.
40 Yard Dumpster
Measures 21' x 8' x 8'
Full teardowns and structure removal
The largest container we carry, and the one demolition jobs usually need. If you're taking down a structure, gutting a building to the frame, or clearing a site, start here. We're one of the few local providers that actually stocks this size rather than subcontracting it.
30 Yard Dumpster
Measures 21' x 8' x 6'
Interior demo and partial teardowns
Gut jobs, multi-room demolition, and heavy renovation work. Plenty of room for framing, drywall, plaster, and fixtures without paying for space you won't fill.
20 Yard Dumpster
Measures 21' x 8' x 4'
Small structures and single-room demo
Sheds, decks, garages, and single-room gut jobs. Also the right choice when access is tight and a larger container physically won't fit the site.
Jobsite Delivery That Works With Your Schedule
Organized Scheduling
Demolition rarely goes to plan, and a full container on a live site stops the work. We schedule swaps around your teardown rather than around our route — call when a container is getting close and we'll usually turn it around same-day or next-day.
For phased demolition or multi-container sites, we'll set the schedule up front so you're not making the call from the middle of a job.
Swift Communication
Because our dispatch is local and our drivers have been running these roads for years, we can usually commit to a delivery window on the same phone call rather than promising to check and get back to you.

About Complete Rolloff Services
Complete Rolloff Services has been running roll-off containers across Maryland's Eastern Shore for over 17 years. We're family-owned, based in Kennedyville, and the person answering your call is the person coordinating your delivery — not a broker routing you through a call center.
Roofing crews come back to us because we get the small things right: containers delivered before the crew arrives, sized to actually fit the tear-off, placed where they belong without tearing up the client's yard, and picked up when the job wraps — not three days later. We carry the full container range from 10-yard through 40-yard, including one of the few 40-yard containers available on the Eastern Shore, so whether you're reroofing a Kennedyville rancher or handling a commercial project in Elkton, we've got what fits.
Cut Your Hauling Costs on Wood-Heavy Demolition
If your teardown is producing a large volume of wood, brush, or mixed construction debris, our Eggersmann Mobile Shredder can process it on site — reducing the material before it ever goes in a container, and cutting the number of hauls a job needs.
It's remote-controlled and straightforward to run yourself, or we can supply an operator.
Marine & Dock Demolition
Taking down a dock, pier, or bulkhead is its own kind of job — waterfront access, treated lumber, and debris that has to come off the water before it can go anywhere else. We handle marine demolition debris across the Shore's waterfront communities.
Contractor Pricing
We offer contractor pricing for qualifying customers, particularly companies running demolition work regularly or renting multiple containers across a job. Contact our team to talk through your volume and what pricing options are available.

Common Contractor Questions
What size dumpster do I need for a demolition project?
Most teardowns need a 40-yard, and interior gut jobs usually work in a 30. The honest answer depends more on what's coming out than on square footage — demolition debris is heavy, and weight limits often matter more than volume. Describe the job when you call and we'll recommend a size rather than guessing at it.
Can you swap containers during a demolition?
Yes, and it's routine. Call when a container is close to full and we'll usually schedule the swap for same-day or next-day depending on route. For phased jobs we'll set the schedule in advance so you're not making that call mid-teardown.
Can I put concrete in a demolition dumpster?
Concrete, brick, and masonry need a dedicated container rather than a mixed load, because of how much they weigh. Let us know at the point of booking if the job includes them so we can send the right container.
How quickly can you deliver to a demolition site?
Same-day or next-day for most Eastern Shore and Central Delaware addresses when you call before mid-morning. Our dispatch is local, so we can generally commit to a window on the same call.
Do I need a permit for a demolition dumpster?
Not if the container sits on private property. Street placement usually requires a right-of-way permit from the town, filed by the property owner or contractor. We'll flag it when you book and position to avoid it where we can.
Do you handle dock or marine demolition debris?
Yes. Waterfront demolition has its own considerations — see our marine and dock demolition page for details.
